what a fun couple pf weeks this has been...our waterbed matress sprang a leak about 3 weeks ago...luckily it was warranteed...called the place, and they were happy top replace it, but did not have it in stock and would take two weeks to get it there...turned out to only be a week...install the new matress, and it sprang a worse leak yesterday...another call, and longer discussion...got another replacement, but in a different series, as we don't trust the old anymore...spent all night draining it, and then drove the two hour round trip to the store for the replacement, replacement....filling underway...fingers crossed...wish us luck.
my birthday is past....a year older, but not feeling a bit wiser...had a great time on the day...hung out with my best friends, and partied some...mostly spend all night working with my best friend to create a logo for a new project we are working on...i am a total geek, no doubt about it...only a geek would happily spend a birthday on the computer doing graphics...well, at least i had fun.
well i have been thinking of what to ask all of you for my upcoming birthday...it is May 1st, next saturday if anyone cares, and i will have actually made it to 45, assuming i don't die between now and then...unable to think of anything else, or at least so far, and at the risk of being disappointed if this doesn't work out well, here is my request:
Please visit my Design Gallery, and comment on one (or more, if you are feeling especially generous) of my pieces there...i am still in need of feedback, and providing some would be a good gift...i could especially use comments on my photography, as very few people have commented on any of it so far.
